The smooth and efficient
organization of COGST can only be achieved with the
active participation of as many parents as
possible.
For a club with 200-300 swimmers only a handful of
parents contribute any time to the running of the Club.
So if you sit doing nothing while your kids train or
swim in the timetrials, why not help everyone out by
volunteering to timekeep at timetrials or become your
local pool rep etc etc.
At the moment we
desperately need volunteers for the following:
a. to run the Club
Swim Shop
Volunteers would be
required to:
- Set up shop on all
Time Trial Sundays from 3.00pm-5.00pm (starting 26th
January 03)
- Prepare orders to
replenish stock sold
- Hold keys to stock
room
- Balance stock and cash
- Liase with the Office
Administrator
b. to act as Pool Reps
We need Pool Reps for
Gorbals, Drumchapel and Springburn. Pool Reps would be
required to:
- Keep pool noticeboards
up to date
- Liase with the Office
