COGST swimmer Rebecca Cooke comfortably achieved qualification for the Olympics in Athens this summer in her best event, 800m freestyle. Rebecca won the event in 8:33.02. Unfortunately she just missed out on qualification for the 400 free and 400 IM despite breaking Sharron Davies' 24 year old British Record in the IM event.

Other COGST swimmers also had a good meet with Aileen Stirling and Michael Jamieson breaking three COGST records apiece.
