Would all swimmers and parents please note that competition entry forms must be returned to the entry secretary named on the form.

Forms should be accompanied by the correct entry fees and should arrive by the cutoff date noted on the form.

It is not the coaches responsibility to accept entry forms and pass to the entry secretaries.

It is in everybody's interest that swimmers/parents adhere to this procedure, as it will mean that entries are processed correctly and on time.
