Changes to Training: West - Gold ,Transition & Bronze

Due to building works taking place in Knightswood Community Centre, Knightswood pool will be closing from Monday 17^th September -  Tuesday  25^th September.

Training times for the Gold, Transition & Bronze  Squads have therefore been change during this time to the following;

Gold Squad:

Monday        17^th September   5.00 - 7.00pm  @ Scotstoun

Tuesday       18^th September   5.00 - 6.30pm  @ Drumchapel

Wednesday  19^th September  5.00 - 7.00pm   @ Scotstoun  

Friday          21^st September   11.00am - 1.00pm  @ Scotstoun

Saturday      22^nd September  6.00 - 9.00am   @ Tollcross

Monday        24^th September  5.00 -7.00pm    @ Scotstoun

Tuesday       25^th September  5.00- 6.30pm    @ Drumchapel   

Normal training resumes  Wednesday 26^th September 5.00 -7.00pm @ Knightswood

Transition Squad:

Thursday     20^th September    7.00-8.00pm  @ Scotstoun

Friday          21^st September    6.45 -7.45pm @ Scotstoun

Normal training resumes Friday 28^th September 5.00 - 6.00pm @ Knightswood

Bronze Squad:

Thursday    20^th September   7.00 -8.00pm  @ Scotstoun

Friday         21^st September   6.45 -7.45pm  @ Scotstoun

Saturday    22^nd September   7.00 -9.00am  @ Scotstoun
