City of Glasgow Swim Team

Following their performances at last weekends British Open Water Championships four COGST swimmers have been chosen to represent GB and Scotland.

Jamie Forrest was selected to represent Great Britain at the European Open Water Swimming Championships in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Well done Jamie.

Megan Donnelly, Mark Deans and Glenn McIntosh have been selected to represent Scotland at two meets over the same weekend at the end of August in the Netherlands and Belgium. Well done to you all.

When you consider that only two male swimmers were selected for GB (both Scottish) and only six, male and female,  for Scotland it shows the strength of our Open Water swimmers.
