Scottish National Open Championships

The above event is being held at Tollcross Leisure Centre on Friday 16th, Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th January 2009.

Please note the following changes to training:

Friday 16th January Morning Training:
5.30 to 7.30am - National, National Age, National Dev, Gold, Silver and Senior
No Evening Training Session available for all squads

Saturday 17th January Morning Training:
5.30am- 7.30am – National, National Age, National Dev and Gold
No Land Training Available

Sunday 18th January
No Sunday PM session for all squads.
