Tuesday 10.00 -11.00am @ Knightswood
Thursday 10.00 -11.00am @ Knightswood
Saturday 7.00 – 9.00am @ Scotstoun

Silver Squad

Wednesday 9.00 -10.30am @ Knightswood
Friday 9.00 -10.30am @ Knightswood
Saturday 7.00 – 9.00am @ Scotstoun
Sunday 4.00 – 6.00 pm @ Scotstoun

Gold squad

Tues. 9.00-11.00am @ Knightswood
Wed. 9.00-10.30 @ Knightswood
Thurs. 9.00-11.00am @ Knightswood
Friday 9.00-10.30 @ Knightswood
Saturday 6.00 - 8.00am @ Tollcross

Normal training times resume week commencing Monday 17th August.

National Development

From 11th July to 8th August, National Development West squad will train on Saturdays from 7-9am at Scotstoun and not Tollcross.
