Cumbernauld Graded Age Group Winter Meet

Saturday & Sunday 19th & 20th December 2009
Tryst Sports Centre, Cumbernauld

Session One & Three, warm-up 9.00am for 10.00am start
Session Two & Four , warm-up 1.30pm for 2.30pm start

Forms for this meet have been distributed to coaches - Please check with your coach if you do not receive your form at the next training session.

Although this meet is mainly targeted at Transition, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Seniors & National Development swimmers if you are not in these squads and wish to compete, please discuss it with your coach.
