Due to a boiler failure, training at Scotstoun is cancelled for all squads today - Tuesday 29th December

Swimmers may attend the training session for their squad at Tollcross if they wish.

We are expecting the fault to be fixed and for training to be on tomorrow as normal, but please check here on the website before you travel.

Can we remind parents, when dropping swimmers to check that a coach is in attendance and that the session is still on - particularly at this time of year. A number of swimmers were left today with no way to contact their parents and had to wait for them to return.

Update: 4pm 29th December

Scotstoun have advised that the boiler is now working and the water temperature is back to normal, but due to a pump failure they may not be able to maintain the temperature. We will know later today if training needs to be cancelled tomorrow(Wednesday) but at the moment training is still on tomorrow.

Update: 8.30am 30th December

Dave Hill has confirmed that training is on this morning, although it may be a shorter session than normal depending on the pool temperature. Please check at the pool before leaving swimmers.
