Saturday & Sunday 11th & 12th September 2010
Auchenharvie Leisure Centre

Session One & Three, warm-up 9.00am for 10.00am start
Session Two & Four , warm-up 1.30pm for 2.30pm start

Forms for this meet have been distributed to coaches - Please check with your coach if you do not receive your form at the next training session.

Although this meet is mainly targeted at Seniors, National Development, National Age and National swimmers if you are not in these squads and wish to compete, please discuss it with your coach.
