Senior Performance Squad and Junior Performance Squad - East
Due to competition cover the following changes have been made to sat am training sessions for the next 2 weeks.
 
Sat 14th Jan: Senior Performance session is now at Gorbals from 5.30-7.30am water 7.30-8.30am land
Sat 21st Jan: Junior Performance session is now at Springburn    5.30-7.30am water 7.30-8.30am land
 
Junior Development 1 - West
Due to closure of Drumchapel pool on Monday 16th January the session that day is cancelled
