Session One & Three, warm-up 9.00am for 10.00am start

Session Two & Four , warm-up 1.30pm for 2.30pm start

This meet is being targeted mainly at Gold, Seniors and National Development squads. If you do not receive a form and feel you should be attending this meet, please speak to your coach.
