South Ayrshire Graded Meet
Sunday 10th Oct 2010

Citadel Leisure Centre
Ayr

Sunday - Session One, warm-up 8.55am for 10.00am start
Sunday - Session Two, warm-up 13.35pm for 14.30pm start

Important information from SAST!

The Citadel is hosting a car boot / antique sale on Sunday. This means that car parking will be at a premium and the car booters do tend to turn up early. Your best bet for parking is to use the overflow car park on the seafront behind the Citadel just drive past the Citadel entrance and follow the signs. It is no more than a five minute walk and will be much easier to get in and out of than the Citadel itself.

There will be no swimdown pool available on Sunday. Swimmers should be reminded to register for both morning and afternoon sessions - if they fail to register they will miss their swims as they will be assumed to be absent and will be scratched. Swimmers must marshal in plenty of time for their events. Announcements will be made at the event and the marshalling stage areas are clearly marked. Again failure to marshall could result in exclusion.

No vuvuzelas!! Under pain of death!

Team Manager contact no:  07532017288

It is the parent/swimmer’s responsibility to contact the team manager if the swimmer will not be attending the meet they have entered and been accepted for, or if the swimmer wishes to be withdrawn from a swim.

Please note that every swimmer must attend and report to the Team Manager or Coach at the START of the warm up time as indicated on the entry form for that meet. If a swimmer is running late and has not notified either the Team Manager or Coach, there is a risk of the swimmer being withdrawn from their swim.
